What's covered
Covers factory defects in parts and workmanship under normal household use, including compressor, fan motor, and control board failures not caused by external damage. Free check-up and repair at the shop's service partner. Consumable parts (filters, remote batteries) are not covered.
What voids this warranty
- Physical damage, dents, or drops after purchase
- Water or flood damage
- Repair or opening by an unauthorized technician
- Use without a voltage regulator / improper electrical supply
- Removed or tampered serial number sticker
- Unit used for commercial purposes when sold for home use
Who pays what
- Parts and labour for covered defects are free of charge.
- Bringing the item to the shop and collecting it afterwards is at the customer's expense.
- Diagnosis is free. If the fault turns out not to be covered, we will quote you before doing any paid work.
How to claim
- Open this e-warranty link (or the warranty email) and show it at the shop counter, or contact the shop using the details above.
- Bring the item and describe the issue.
- The shop will assess the unit, usually within 1–3 business days, and repair or replace according to the coverage above.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Philippine law, not a replacement for them. Nothing written here can take away the protections that the Consumer Act (RA 7394) and the Civil Code give you when an item or service turns out to be defective.
